Lately, he has been disturbed by the increase of disappearances by his wife, Marra, better known as the Champion of Cyrodiil, ever since her journey to the Shivering Isles. Guilbert Jemane has been enjoying life with his family in Weatherleah.

The Shivering Isles expansion was superb in Oblivion and I'd only want them to do it for ESO if they take the time to make a good looking well populated area with a lot of quests like Summerset rather than phoning it in and trading off the name like they did with Morrowind.
ARE THE PEOPLE IN THE SHIVERING ISLES REAL PEOPLE PLUS
It has been several years since Cyrodiil saw the end of the Oblivion Crisis. To do it justice it would have to be a Chapter with a main quest plus a big quest line each for Mania and Dementia. Shivering isles is divided into 2 halves, 'Mania' and 'Dementia' Now Dementia has no problem rinning at like 100fps especially on my rig which (untill now) i was convinced it can run anything without lag.

The madness faded in the mortal realm and they became a new person, it was rather enjoyable. Eventually the realm of madness had grown tiresome and they had returned to the mortal plain to live out the life they had once intended, a minor diversion before returning. One of the horrible curses of being the new Sheogorath was knowing. In The Shivering Isles, as in Oblivion, levelling and looting aren’t the real reasons you keep on coming back: it’s the experience not the XP that counts.
